Just do the following:-download the mod-exract it with Winrar (there will be a folder called 'Blood in the West')-copy that folder into: C/Program Files/Mount and blade warband/Modules folder-it shall be: C/Program Files/Mount and blade warband/Modules/Blood in the West-Play the mod (with warband 1.143 or 1.134)-and one more thing:You've got bad sense of humor.I used 7zip not winrar. You need to have the right program to open this kind of file.

If you have that, it's fairly simple. Just extract the main folder into the location named in step three. To patch (update) the mod, just extract what's in the patch folder into the location named in step four. I hope this helps.
